Architectural Overview
The physical manufacturing of commercial signage involves multiple disjointed disciplines—welding, CNC routing, electrical wiring, and vinyl plotting. Our software creates a unified digital thread that binds these stations. We deploy ruggedized touch-terminal interfaces directly to the factory floor, allowing fabricators to interact with CAD schematics and log labor hours without returning to a central office.

Technology Stack
Our MES platforms are built with robust Python/Django backends utilizing Celery/Redis for background job processing and API webhooks. The factory-floor interfaces are developed as Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) using Vue.js, optimized for touch interaction on ruggedized industrial tablets running on local Intranet networks.
